In order to
take care of a duckling, you are going to need a heat lamp, a thermometer, chick feed, and bowls for food and water.
The duckling must recieve food and water daily. Whe you first get the duckling you need to carefully dip it's bill into a
shallow bowl with room temperature water. Do this everyday but lower the waters temperature every day until it's nearly
the same temperature as outside. When the duckling is 3-5 weeks old, it will start to become more independent and be able
to keeps itself warmer, spend warm days outside, and be able to progressively protect itself from predators.
